Process
Workshop
Workshop for the marketing team,
Printed the website and pasted it on a whiteboard to get an overview of the different pages.
Purpose:
To understand the scope of the project, target groups and the teams ambition with the website. Get an overview of it today and how to proceed with it. Be more prepared for the mapping and navigational patterns.
We looked through what they wanted to:
Keep, Merge, Move, Highlight
& Add
Card sorting
Based on the insights gained from the workshop, I organized the content using card sorting, categorizing it into three levels (0-3) to gain a better understanding of the groupings and overall structure. After mapping the existing page structure from hierarchy level 0 to level 3, I created physical cards with each page title. This enabled me to rearrange the titles and collaborate with my copywriter colleague to establish a logical page structure. The objective was to clarify the appropriate placement of content and effectively integrate the feedback received during the workshop with the marketing team.
Gathering insights through search listening
There was a limitation to gathering data in this project, and in order to make some data related improvements, I decided to use search listening (What people search for on Google) related to Telia Finance.
I found 3 different areas which gave me an opportunity
to create a hypothesis on what to focus on:
How to contact Telia Finance
Terms and conditions
What is Telia finance
Hypothesis: By separating private and enterprise on a top level, we can create a clearer structure for support by creating targeted landing pages for the different target groups. With more focused topics that concern them, it will be easier to find self-service and contact details to the correct department.

Navigation & header
Before
The structure was organised as a landing page for all on lvl 0. And private and enterprise in lvl 1.
After
Private and enterprise is placed in lvl 0. With the services and support in lvl 1.
This improves the SEO but also provides a clearer structure when looking for support.
Start level 0 - Private and enterprise
Contact - Private
