This project spanned a duration of three months as a consultancy task. The main focus was on thoroughly analyzing and understanding the various aspects that this organization might be lacking, and from that assessment, we aimed to provide a range of potential solutions. The process included conducting interviews with employees at different levels throughout the organization. Additionally, it involved shadowing various departments, holding interactive workshops, analyzing insights, and engaging in hours of thoughtful discussions with the team.
