Innovation & digital transformation
Managing, facilitating, and guiding the process of creating innovative products and services in collaboration with individuals from various backgrounds and diverse areas of expertise.
TED AI x UNIDO
I was honored to have the opportunity to join a hackathon with TED AI and UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization). I was part of a fantastic team alongside a startup founder working in soil health and a talented software engineer. My role was designer, and our team's mission was to ideate solutions connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Our project touched on four of these goals:
Zero Hunger
Responsible Consumption and Production
Life on Land
Climate Action

It’s something special when you get to design with a purpose on solving something that can have a positive impact on many. I felt very connected to the topic. Looking far ahead and connecting systems. I can see how the global challenges around soil health are connecting to many other tragedies. Such as the refugee crisis. Food scarcity has a strong connection to violence, corruption and war. which leads to people fleeing in hopes for a better future. I put my whole heart in to this project, working hard on understanding the problem and what potential solutions are out there.
And I found something very interesting to move forward with. Me and my team dug deep in to understanding causes of soil erosion and how to reverse it.
Hackathon
Swedbank x Microsoft x Sogeti
I organize and design hackathons and workshops to encourage creativity and innovation. I use tools for brainstorming, decision-making, and evaluation, which help anyone think differently in their organization or team. These tools inspire confidence in adopting new work methods. Below is a video from a two-day hackathon I designed and led with Swedbank, Microsoft, Academic Work and Sogeti.
Methodcards for UR
This project spanned a duration of three months as a consultancy task. The main focus was on thoroughly analyzing and understanding the various aspects that this organization might be lacking, and from that assessment, we aimed to provide a range of potential solutions. The process included conducting interviews with employees at different levels throughout the organization. Additionally, it involved shadowing various departments, holding interactive workshops, analyzing insights, and engaging in hours of thoughtful discussions with the team. Ultimately, the outcome was a set of colorful methodcards with helpful tools for team collaboration.
Team development
Tools to learn more about how to create psychological safety. A study by Google showed that teams that had developed psychological safety outperformed other teams in efficiency.
Efficiency & structure
Meetings often extend beyond their intended duration, and project delays can become a common occurrence. To mitigate these issues, several tools, methods, and frameworks are available to enhance efficiency and improve structure within teams.
Innovation & creativity
Many tools and methods help solve problems creatively. They allow teams to build on each other’s ideas and drive innovation.
A guide to human centered design
After reading about the design thinking process, innovation process and doing my education at Hyper Island, I wanted to see how all these different takes on the subject aligns. I decided to read “The field guide to Human centered design” by IDEO to understand and analyse the similarities and differences. I also made my own digital guide based on what I learned from IDEO and my previous experiences on the subject.
